One day my little sister and i were playing when suddenly at the exact same time we both heard a woman's scream coming from our basement. We tell our mom she thinks it's weird, (well obviously) and goes down into the basement and asks my brother who was down there on the phone the entire time and asks him if he heard anything, he just gave us an "are you crazy?" look and says no. If it was just me i would think that i was just hearing things, butis it 'just hearing things' if someone else hears it too?

Though i wouldn't put it past my brother to try to trick us by screaming himself, I find it extremly hard to imagine that sound to come from him. He has a rather deep voice.

maybe your brother screamed, or the scream came from someplace else and you heard an echo from off of your house

some friends heard once a woman's voice coming from a class but there was no one there... that can happen
