Concerns: My boss cancelled my health insurance the day she fired me.
I am planning on taking her to court. I had just received a $5000 pr yr raise a few weeks before....out of the blue, because I was doing so well.
I am applying for unemployment today.

First of all don't give up. NEVER give up. After I was unfairly fired, I fought my employer for three months . I had numerous unemployment appeals, re-appeals, hearings. I wasn't eligible for welfare benefits. Couldn't afford a lawyer, being out of work. Companies know they can treat employees any way they want because they count on your being broke and unable to fight them. The free legal aid lawyer said that the lower reviewers will usually just rubber stamp it in the employer's favor, and most people just give up, but if you can hang on until you get a face-to- face hearing, you have a good chance of winning. Well, I finally got my hearing. My former boss was present, and the company's expensive lawyer from another state, and guess what :I WON! How to survive in the interim? Swallow your pride and ask local agencies for help. It's hard to do, if you're a professional, but it will enable you to survive to fight the battle. Even though I couldn't get help from welfare, I did get food stamps. It's no shame if you really need them! Cancel all your subscriptions and cable TV.Have a seriously big yard sale and sell anything you don't absolutely need. It helps if you have some good jewelry you can sell. The price of gold is high right now. It's hard, really hard, but if you have a 'never give up attitude', you can win. I wish you the very best of luck. You can do it!

Hey, I hope that this will help you out!

I work from home. I do not sell, stock, pick-up or deliver anything.
There is no paperwork, no record keeping, and no overhead.
All I do is set up wholesale accounts for a catalog company.
It is a business you can start for less than $15
This is a SOLID 20 year old, INC 500 company, with NO large investments, and NO risk.
And if you are not satisfied, you get ALL your money back within 90 days.
This company is set apart from ALL other companies.
In two short years my mom, who is a stay at home mom, and home schools her kids,
is making VERY reliable, residual income.

I can show you how to make $1000.00 for a $14 investment.
