At the time of my birth my fathers address was 5283 French Creek Rd. Sheffield Village, Ohio
Mothers name is Lila and I know where she is but she cant locate my father either

This may sound silly, but have you looked for him on the web? Go to one of the people search sites and see if you can find him. You may need to pay a little extra to get some details, but it's a good first step.
Do your adoptive parents have any personal information like social security number, etc.? They may be able to give you some information that will help you.

i looked up your fathers name and found 12 available addresses that were listed in various states, i didnt know what state he currently resided in or if you knew but if you go to the website zabasearch.com you will find all the various addresses i have told you about, if you can provide an email address i can check out another site to pin one of the names down and see exactly which one of the men is related to your brothers as well, and if i find out the correct information to prove it i can email it to you......

Contact the Salvation Army in your city. They find parents, contact them, then ask if the parent would like to have contact from you. It is a free find but a donation would be helpful.
