If so, would you rather it be an animated movie/film. Or real actors?

Many, many DBZ movies have been made. You can probably find copies at a local video store. They are anime movies made by the same company that made the anime and I think are loosely tied in with the show. Among the villians featured in the movies are Garlic Jr. Cooler, Broly, and others. If you mean a new movie be adapted into an Americanized version and go to the box office . . . I haven't heard anything, but then I don't really wanna know.

Animated for sure. It wouldn't look right for real actors to do Kamehamehas. Actually. I would like to see both. People can do pretty good with special effects. This is actually a hard one.

Animated version...

A live-action version would be one of the worst things ever put on Film.
