If you believe that none sense than, you'll be constantly breaking superstitions anyway, so why stop and worry about just the ladder?
By the way, Walking under a ladder dates back to the Middle ages when the ladder lead to the Gallows. Others say it is breaking the Holy Trinity: G-d The Son & Holy Spirit.
Whatever the case may be, you can sure believe that there is a 50 - 50 percent chance that something bad will happen to every one who is looking for something bad to happen.

You can stop worrying NOW. Why did you worry in the first place. About the only time you have to worry about walking under a ladder is when someone is standing on the ladder, working; something could be dropped on your head

You should worry for rest of your life.
Dear if something was to happen it would have happened when you were under the ladder. Once you have crossed it, nothing to worry. However in future when ever you pass through under a ladder be sure that nothing is dropped on your head from the top.

What kind of superstitious you are believing? There is nothing to worry about walking under a ladder if the ladder is strong.

You should not worry about the dumb superstition. If anything bad does happen (which I doubt will) it not because you walked under the ladder.

Superstitions only work if you let them. i.e you will have bad luck if you are determined to have bad luck. There's a ladder in my room right now, I'll go walk under it. Well I more crawled... But I'm not going to have bad luck because I don't want to.

unless you believe in that stuff, I'd say, dont worry about it. I mean, a black cat lives in a house across my street. I don't freak out every time I see it. I don't think you should get worried about a ladder.
