It was more likely an assassination. Heart attack inducing drugs is the way the government gets rid of people they can't control.

I think it was a heart attack or made to look like one maybe

We had a major real estate firm here in CT , who swindled monies from clients and etc. They were found out and 2 of the 3 partners were sent to prison. The 3rd guy committed suicide by placing a plastic bag over his had and a tied off scarf

Suicide or Murder? The police rule it suicide and closed the case.

But makes one wonder

I'm sure it was a heart attack. I heard that he had a history of heart desease. As far as what I think? I'm torn, I hate to be cold about a guy dieing, but F--- that guy. How many people commited suicid, or had heart attacks, or suffered in some other way because of what he did? It's like saying you feel sad for Hitler dieing. O.K. Maybe not Hitler, but still... Ken Lay was a greedy scum bagg. At least we don't have to pay to keep him alive in jail for years now.

How does one fake a massive heart attack? Because of the stress he has been under with his age counting against him, yes I can believe it was a heart attack....

It is sad that he did not get to spend some time in jail before he died. He ruined the lives of thousands of people and in the end he died like everyone else does and was not able to take a single penny with him. When will the excessive greed stop? I hope he is now serving time in a much harder and hotter place than jail!

One of the white house's special operatives probably juiced him with insulin to make it look like a heart attack... Ken Lay was the biggest single contributor to Bush's campaign in 2000.... there's no telling what kind of dirty secrets he was holding on to, he probably wanted to trade them for special privileges in prison so the white house had him 'silenced'.

Murder. Of course we don't know, but he could have been bumped off for saying too much, what he could still say, or for being an embarassment. He really damaged the credibility of some powerful men so it's not that crazy of an idea.

I think it was a heartattack not a suicide, no one that still has a massive vacation house to go back to post white collar prison would opt for suicide.

A heart attack can be caused by stress.....so definitely a heart attack....I don't think he'd kill himself unless he was walking through those prison gates and it all became real.

oh i'm sure it wasn't suicide...but as soon as i read the article i immediately thought it was a coverup...like he'd faked it to run away from his problems haha

all jokes aside, though, he is a human being and if did die as reported, we should put away our own opinions and respect him and his family
