Go to subway get a 6 inch sub get the meal that comes with either chip,pie, or cookies. and a drink for like $5.30

Go to arbys and get the sante fe chicken salad. sub grilled chicken for the tenders, sub dressing for the low fat buttermilk ranch, do not eat the tortilla strips, and take some cheesse off. its very good salad a pretty low fat/calorie- YUM!
