Stewie, he actually tries to kill his mother instead of just insulting her. Stewie is an evil genius and Cartman is just a fat fuc*

Stewie Griffin is far more evil than Eric Cartman although his plans never go through he is much more devoted to being evil, and also has much larger plans than Cartman on a consistant basis

Stewie's infinately more evil then Cartman. Stewie wants to take over the world when he gets angry, whereas Cartman just says "Screw you guys, I'm going home!"

carman is a god!!! stewie is good, but he has a weak side, his family....cartmans only weakness is his fat, appart from that his combination of violence, anti semitism, anti hippie tendencies, perversions and clever diabolical plans make him more evil than stewie....but then of course stewies got better tools and mind....but im still going with cartman, because he represents almost everything i stand for except anti semitism...plus stewie has dreams he can never achive

Cartman is basically dense and can be manipulated.Stewie is cunning and gets away with it because no-one on the show thinks he is evil.
