hey bing fat is not a problem yoga will help n some medicines r also avialable in d market which will help u but ask ur physician b4 taking such medicines

If your really thin well it could be just in your genes and like some people I know they are always skinny, so just excersise and eat sensibly to stay healthy and accept your body for what it is, apart of you

you mean gain some weight?
try drinking the meal replacemnt shakes with your meals, so that you get twice the calories in one sitting, but make sure that you eat well balanced and healthy meals... (i'd do this for one meal a day) and be sure that you exercise too so that you gain the weight, but you don't get 'sloppy' fat, where you get rolls that hand out where they aren't supposed to
also, eat natural foods that are high in fat, such as almonds

My good friend goes to the gym with me to gain inches while I go to lose inches. Funny huh? Eat lots of healthy food and build your muscles at the gym or with hand weights at home.

Why would you want to get fat? If you mean put some weight on then build some muscle.

you want to find an alternative to getting fat, other then eating? That's like trying to see without opening your eyes...unless this is a philisophical question, in which case you just blew my mind lol

Eat a lot of Protein or even take protein supplements and exercise. Don't tek the supplements unless you exercise...or you can get chubby.

I know I'm skinny too. but don't get fat by eating i excises and you don't get thinner but develop like legs,chest,butt,thighs,abs,and mussels! Don't get fat by eating. EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!
