It's called Drug and Alcohol treatment, or rehab.
I have a database of centres in the UK if you're interested. Prices tend to be higher than in the US, but they vary enormously. The Priory (a group of several centres) is probably the most well-known, but also the most expensive. Email me if you need details of anywhere.

how difficult was that to work out?
Sometimes Alcoholic treament is called DETOX but as drugs is a much bigger problem than drink , Rehab is the overall word.
