A few things a marketing manager can offer a firm in the oil servicing industry:

Increased public visibility for the services offered.
Improved public relations.
Better internal comprehension of the market.
Increased productivity via clear internal communications.

Again, these would need to be expressed clearly and concisely in the applicant's own words, but they certainly provide a good starting point.

Well, whatever the answer is, it should be in clear, concise English!

A good reponse might be along the lines of, "Recent training in advanced marketing techniques, along with proven learning ability and a strong desire to learn marketing in the Oil Servicing industry and generate additional income for the firm using advanced marketing techniques."
