First, Stop looking at the screen 24-7. Try to limit it to 30minutes then a 10-15minute break. And when you are looking at the screen try looking away for afew seconds at a distant object. Also turn the light on to even out the contrast between the screen and any other object. These should all help reduce damaging your eye. They may improve your vision over time.
