Does anyone know if you can still buy books of tickets or pay for the rides individually at BPB instead of paying the rip of price for the armbands?

I live there and have done all my life.

Although wristbands are the most preferred option for visitors to the Pleasure Beach, they still do have the tickets in a book.

However, if you add up the cost, the books can be almost as expensive as the wristbands and of course you can ride all of the rides all day if you have a wristband.

Yousee, the way that they have worked it is to go on, say, The Big One, that would be four A tickets and so therefore your book of tickets goes down dramatically.

You can get a wristband for approximately £25.00 which I would suggest that you do as it may save you some money in the long run.

Check out their website - do a search on Yahoo or Google and get to the website from there.

Hope I helped - have a great time.x.

You can buy tickets for the rides but the wristbands are better value, I went on Sunday and spent £50 on nothing! The Big One is about 7 tickets=£7 so the wristband does work out cheaper. think it was something like £29

You can pay individually for rides but they are very expensive (try a tenner for one go on 'The Big One'! A wristband is the best way to go if you are planning more than one ride on anything!

That's indepth. Um, you need a local. Try asking in a pub or a cafe. Or ask three shop owners; if they all agree then it's the truth.

Allways do things like the locals do- they know what's good.
