No, absolutely not. I have seen women that I recognize as being very attractive (Angelina Jolie, for one), and I am happily married with two children, and am definately not gay. It is great if you can have the confidence to notice someone else's beauty, no matter the sex of that person.

No, it doesn't.
A man can recognize when another man is extremely strong and/or masculine, just as much as a woman can recognize another woman as extremely beautiful and/or feminine.
It doesn't say anything about one's general sexual preference.

Anyone can recognize the attractive traits of their kind(women, men, animals), I would not say that your gay or even bi unless you were sexually aroused by the viewing or thought of that person.
