The male's sperm, produced in the testes, passes to the cloaca where it is stored until copulation (act of sex). (There is no external organ, only a "holding area" for sperm). The female also has a cloaca that leads from the ovaries. The female bird unfans her tail, moves it to one side while the male climbs up onto her back or gets close to her. Their cloacas are pressed together and the sperm moves from the male to the female. This act is called a cloacal kiss. (See the link below for a diagram of the male and female bird sex (reproductive) organs.)

Essentially the same way we do. A female will be injected with sperm through sex, and that will fertilize the egg. She will then lay eggs. I don't know the incubation times. Also some birds have "sperm competition" in which they will copulate with multiple males, and store all the sperm. When the sperm from all the males is released, only the "best" sperm will fertilize the egg. I don't know if crows exhibit this kind of behavior though.

Same as Thomas, but to elaborate, "threading" is where the male go on top of the female and place there anal openings together. A jet of sperm is "threaded" into the partner where it fertilises the egg!
