The teacher who teaches with his heart and gives his all, runs into the danger of getting too emotionally drawn to his students' well-being, and getting hurt in the process at times when his students fall or feel disappointed.
That teacher happens to be myself. Pretty inspired by myself, honestly.. but I am here because of Miss Lim - my students' council teacher back when I was in JC..

i love these questions because I have had some remarkable teachers throughout my lifetime.
It's tough to say just one, but on that comes to mind for me is my spanish teacher. She was from El Salvador and just moved here 8 years ago. She speaks English pretty well, but a lot of people made fun of her for her speech and some of the things she would do or say. i went on a mission trip with her and that completely changed my perspective on her. She is a really spiritual woman who was generous and I was amazed to her about her life. She really was so wise. One thing she told me when I ask her something was "Follow your heart".... it threw me off guard. I was asking a simple yes or no question and she didn;t want to make that decision for me. i had to and I needed to follow my heart. It was a life changing trip and I have to say some of that was because of her. SHe is someone i will never forget
she has inspired me to continue with my spanish until i can speak fluently after i was going to give up.....

My special education teacher, and one of the other teachers that saved me from being labeled "retarded." Wish I had their inspiration for personal success again.

None I had, unfortunately.
I read in a magazine about a teacher who told fall her children to write down their biggest fears on a sheet of paper, they all placed it in a box, went out side, and they all held hands and said once these fears are buried, they will never come bother us again.
And they buried that box.
That is what you call, a Teacher.

I remember Mrs Fowler, who was my 4th grade teacher. Her inspiration carried me through life to know that good penmanship is everything. Thank you Mrs Fowler!

My history and politics teacher Kevin Waller. He helped teach me how to think and not just what to think.
