We must begin to “reevaluate” our very core beliefs that most of us hold so dear. A belief that a God was the single creator of the Universe. To try and change the beliefs of 95% of the people on this small planet is a very difficult task.

I see a belief in God as a very limiting belief and almost childish. How is it that most of the conflicts fought by humanity had something to do with beliefs and religion? Even today, the “Holy Land” is the perhaps the most dangerous place on Earth. When we hang on to those ancient beliefs, you are not allowing yourself to see our real place in the universe.

You are giving limits to a Universe that in all reality has no limit and is indeed, infinite. Humans are only a tiny part of a grand equation. We are not even on the right side of the equals sign. So then, how can we find our place in the Universe?

We can find it together, thru the means of Science. As Carl Sagan once said “The exploration of the cosmos is a voyage of self discovery.” The more we learn about the Universe, the more we learn about ourselves.

We should push for more sciences taught in schools. We use our wealth to fund further advances in technology. We combine our resources that we use to fly in space. Combine all the nations and space agencies and fly under one flag, the flag of the Earth.

We have never been alone. We have always had each other.
