Scratches on Laminate from Orange Glo?

I recently used the orange glo laminate floor care system on my laminate floors and now my dog has been scratching up the floors - they are not scratches in the laminate itself, but in the top layer of the shine maybe. How can I get rid of these and has anyone else had similar problems? Help!

As far as I'm concerned -- car polishing compund helps to remove or hide scratches. I have laminate floors and when they get a scratch on them, I take out the compund and polish the floor like I was waxing a car.
