It never ceases to amaze me how many people get on the Internet to ask a queestion like this - when they can simply input the search criteria into Google or Ebay or a similar auction site...

Think about it dude. Need parts for an old bike? Auction or Internet. Look for Shadow 500 riders/owners clubs online - someone there will have one!

It's highly unlikely that you're going to find new sheet metal or trim pieces for a 22-year old Honda motorcycle. I would suggest searching the Internet auction sites, like eBay or Yahoo auctions, or looking for motorcycle parts recyclers in your local phone book. There are several salvage sites on the Internet who specialize in older Japanese bikes.
