Because to him it is something new and boys just do those things! I'm sure he will grow out of it in time my son done the same thing when he was little.

It is best to explain that its ok, but something he should do in his room because touching our bodies that way isn't something that we should do in front of other people. Keep on him, and he'll probably stop.

because hes 3 and doesnt understand why he has a third leg, also, it feels good. dont make a big deal out of it, or youll teach him that its wrong. just calmly inform him that thats only something we do at home, and not in front of other people.

curiousity. It is a new feeling. Children explore their senses. There isn't anything wrong with it. Just don't make a big deal out of it. You don't want them to think they are doing somethine wrong.
