This questions looks familiar - didn't I already answer this?

After years of fertility testing and treatments I was told that I would not get pg and I was to expect the onset of menopause soon. I was only 35 years old. Meanwhile, we were in the process of adopting our daughter. A few months after she moved in, I had a very late period that produced only spotting and then nothing all together. Finally, in December I called the doctor to check to make sure it was menopause and not something really wrong. They decided to do a pregnancy test to rule it out. At that point we discovered that we were 12 weeks pregnant and 6 months later our son was born and we now have 2 wonderful children.
I'm starting to wonder if it's happened again right now - missed one but I have neg at home tests and I'm afraid the doctor will confirm that I'm not.

I was 38, my kids were 17, 15, and 12. I had been on The Pill for 11 years when I began to develop some unusual stomach pains after I ate anything other than soup and toast. No nausea, just stomach pain. I lost some weight and then I started to have indigestion which I had never had before. My mom and husband were quite concerned as colon cancer runs in our family. I was scheduled for my yearly physical and my doctor is great - always sits and talks with me first to find out how I am and if there are things she needs to check out. I mentioned the stomach pain thing, we talked about colon cancer, but she diagnosed Irritable Bowel Syndrome and said she would write me a prescription after my physical exam. She had a very puzzled look on her face when she was doing the exam then asked me how my last period was. I told her that it seemed lighter than usual, but I figured whatever was causing my stomach pain must be messing with my system. She said my cervix felt pregnant, but we'd rule that out with a simple urine test then do some more tests. The test came back positive which surprised the heck out of all us. My doctor was still not sure that it was accurate so she tried the fetal heart beat monitor and I nearly fell naked off the exam table when we heard a baby's heartbeat clear as a bell!! I had to have an ultrasound to determine how far along I was since I had been having periods regularly. My husband and I were in a state of shock to find out that I was 17 weeks along already. I had gestational diabetes which was causing my weight loss and eating problems so because of my age and the diabetes I turned out to be a "high-risk" patient. I lost 25 pounds during my pregnancy (too bad I have gained them all back now!). Our darling little surprise will turn 9 in 3 weeks and we can't imagine our life without her.

Honestly, I knew both times I was pregnant by the morning after conception. I can't really tell you HOW I knew, since it was way too early for any symptoms.

I just felt different, and the only 2 times I felt that way were the only 2 times I have been pregnant!

On the other hand, one of my friends just found out she was pregnant, she is 37 years old, and 13 weeks pregnant, and had NO idea she was pregnant at all. It was a complete surprise. She thought she had the flu (fatigue, nausea).

i eventually took a pregnancy test a month and half into my pregnancy after i didnt come on. being pregnant never crossed my mind til me and my boyfrined were talking about what if i really was. cause we had a lot close calls before but never the actual thing. my last period was jan 13 and feb 6 and 7 i went in for a gastro and endoscropy cuz i had really bad heartburn, acid reflux, and no bowel movement in over a week. the results just showed i had internal hemmroids and really bad acid reflux. never once did the doctors run a pregnancy test, til this day i still think i should sue cause they had me under anethesia and everything!

well, my first i knew i was cause the condom broke. as for my second my hubby and I were trying for a year and i always wanted to be pregnant again, so I didn't known until I was 4 days late, then I knew. Now I'm 2 days late and I'm thinking that I could be pregnant again. I always have regular periods and we weren't trying to have another one, we just didn't use any for 3 months now, so I should have started monday. It's now Wednseday, I haven't had ant symtoms yet, I could just be late cause of stress. I'll wait a week and if I haven't started yet, then i am.

I didnt know until 3 months into my first pregnancy. I didnt have any symptoms, other than missed cycle, which was normal for me anyway. Found out by taking a test when my little sis had to take one, I was like, what the heck, I'll do it too.

My first pregnancy, I didnt know I was...but my dad sure did. I had been raped and didnt tell my parents..I was ashamed and scared.....about 2 months after it happened....I woke up to get ready for school..and my mom told me that I wasn't going to school that day....that I was going to the doctor. She said my dad thought it was time for a checkup....I was only 16...almost 17..I didnt question this...because I went a couple times a year for checkups. When we got there...and I went in to see the doctor, he did a pelvic exam...and all the rest of a regular checkup. He left the room for a few minutes and told me to get dressed and he would be back....after about 15 minutes he came back in and told me I was about 8 weeks pregnant. He then asked me if I wanted him to tell my mom....and I told him no...that I would.....as I sat there and cried...he went and told her......I felt so bad for not telling them what happened to me. But after the initial shock...they stood by me and helped me. When I asked my dad why he wanted me to have a checkup...he told me he saw the signs and told my mom he knew. My dad and I are very close and I think its amazing that he knew I was pregnant before I knew. I would have never guessed I could have been pregnant, especailly after somehting that was so violant and brutal. But I chose to keep the baby...a boy....and he is now 25 years old.....To all of you young mothers....be strong....be proud...and don't ever let anyone make you feel bad about yourself.

I'm 38 weeks and I knew the first week. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I just felt different. I knew. It wasn't until 3 months I finally got a test and it came up positive, but we knew before the test. I could tell by how my boobs felt and my belly and my mind.

I found out when I was 3 months pregnant with my first child, 2 months with my second child. I was taking birth control before I got pregnant so I still had my period. My fiance told me both times that I was pregnant.

I didnt know until about month 2. My periods were messed up, so I didnt really pay attention to the days I started. I was just under the weather, not really feeling well.
