If someone has been bleeding internally for a day, will they die?

alright, i dont know how bad it is, im scared to ask. but they patient doesnt look very good at all. we are positive its internal bleeding because the patient in question is a nurse. except the patient doesnt want to say a doctor yet. but will. alright those are the details.

No, not necessarily, but every case is different. So the correct answer has to be vague. I have known a woman who bled internally (they couldn't stop the bleeding)for several days, and she is still alive (it eventually clotted on it's own). My mom was having a tubal pregnancy, and was told if she hadn't come in at that hour, she would have died from internal bleeding, so it really depends on the circumstances, what is bleeding, how much, etc.

That is a pretty direct question that needs more details.
The answer is maybe. It depends on the injury, and if they are currently receiving medical treatment. I would imagine you know it is internal bleeding because the person is at the doctor. Do not assume the end game is here. See a doctor before deciding you or someone else is bleeding internally, BUT... see a doctor NOW.

It depends on the bleed. Where is he/she bleeding from and how fast? How heavy/mobile is the patient?
Internal bleeding can only be helped with surgery, it will not stop on it's own. Get this person to ER right now.

Sorry, can't be 100% sure because different people have different health.
And it depends on how much bleeding internally! if it is like leaking a drop.. yes, that person probably can survive, he/she can make it to the hospital. But if it is serious bleeding for a day, don't count on it!

it depends on how bad the internal bleeding is to the relationship of how long it will take to die... i have never known of a person who is internally bleeding to just stop... ill leave it at that
