One way to catch up with this 'hidding' father would be to have any licenses he may hold revoked/suspended(i.e., drivers, hunting, business, etc). In the link below if you will go to page 27 of the pdf document you can read about this and the process for having this done.

I don't have an answer for you but I do know that I am going through the same thing with my daughters father (which I call her sperm donor (not to her of course)). We just went to court again for the 3rd time for contempt. And it is no wonder these guys wont pay child support cause all the courts do it slap their hands and send them out the door...I was outraged....I told the judge that maybe if he wasn't snorting his money up his nose he could pay his child support and still nothing. Good thing she has a father figure with my husband! But as to him working for cash....mine does too and they made him bring in his employers information even with it being "under the table". So if you can get him in court he will have to say where he is working. GOOD LUCK!!!

Child Support Enforcement Division is a good place to start. You can't hide that easily. If he has a driver's license, he can be found (even though it may take a while).
CSE can do what is called a hearing on the assets.
CSE can lock him up for 30 days every time he failes to pay child support (providing there is a court order to do so).
Check with your county's DA's office.

this is a good question, If you can find the time follow him to his job and take pictures and make sure that you get pictures of him getting paid that way you have proof that he gets paid under the table. Or hire a professional to take the pictures for you if you can afford it.(then take him to court.) I don't know how much they costs. I've never been in a situation where I would have to hire someone or do it myself. good luck and let me know how it goes.

Contact the Attorney Generals office about that. They will be able to help you pull him into court and either put him behind bars or get him to pay no matter how he is getting paid.

You can spend alot of time and energy trying to get him to do what he should.
However, if he is not willing AND he is in hiding ....
move on and live the best you can.
Better to tackle those problems than to spend the balance of your precious life fighting the louse!

Haul his *** to court and hound him incessantly until he starts paying or drops dead from stress.
