hi people one of my friend got problem with his voice when he speak look like a little boy speak and he is 27 years old any thing can be done in uk ?? where and how??? thnx

HOME remedy :
Please tell him to gargle using medium hot salty water. He can add some (half tea spoon of salt) in 220ml of water and gargle with it for about few weeks.
now nature has done its job... with out any advance procedure surgery there are low chance to get heavy voice but this home remedy should work...atleast on some level

It depends on the cause. If he has low testosterone he may be able to remedy this by taking the hormone. It might be obvious he has low testosterone, for example does he have body hair and other characteristics that normally develop at puberty?
A Dr can test these levels and advise.

There are lots of things that can be done to help "your friend". Tell him to go to the doctor and get real help. And, in the UK, you can get lots of help for nearly nothing. So go get real help.
