Formed in 1986 in Dundee by brothers Kit (guitar/vocals) and Gary Clark (guitar/vocals) and Ged Grimes (keyboards/vocals), the trio named themselves Spencer Tracy before settling on Danny Wilson - after Frank Sinatra's character in the movie Meet Danny Wilson...
Taken from the band's debut album, Meet Danny Wilson, which was released in April 1987. The track was released as a single earlier that year but failed to make the charts, it went Top 30 in the US that summer and finally made no 3 in the UK charts the following year.
