Didn't you just ask this question about your wife's PMS? If so, accept the answers that you got. If not, it sounds like your wife is hormonal and needs to get on birth control to regulate her many moods.

are you doing things to hurt her, saying things, are you away at this time of the month, spending time with friends? maybe the week that she is unhappy, you should be super nice, pamper her, massages, buy her little gifts, maybe she just isnt feeling special enough, its up to her to make her feel this way. you undoubtedly arent doing something, watch out, if she isnt getting it from you, she could get it somewhere else.

are you sure she is still in love with you or is she making herself believe she still is. we can become conditioned to just saying I love you because we are so use to it. Talk to her and see how she's really feeling.
