i cant find 'relationship' How might i do so

wait until one of ur neighbors comes over. then talk to them and get to like them, then u can ask them to move in.

Shortly after you move into your home, some of your neighbors will drop by to visit. Plus make sure you have a phone so you can call and invite them over or out

you have to stand outside till someone passes and greet them
