Could be Kidney or Gall stones, or as it's on your right side, appendix as well. If the pain is achy and severe, get it checked out right away. You will need at least an ultra-sound to have them know for sure. If you have this and pain urinating, it is most likely kidney stones. Don't let this "linger", go see a doctor ASAP before you end up in the ER with more pain and complications. Good Luck...and Take care!!

It sounds like it could be several things. It could be appendix, gall stone, and/or kidney stone. I had a gall stone and kidney stone and it's painful. But my advice is, go to the Dr. or ER right now. If it is an appendix, you do NOT want to play around with it!

you should probably go have it checked in the ER....it could be many things and only some tests such as bloodwork,CT scan possible ultrasound and a doctor can give you an answer....the kidneys are nothing to play around with ...so I highly suggest you go to the ER today and have it checked..also remember that while you are being tested they will also manage your pain for you....so quit reading stuff here and go....

I had the same problem except when i would vomit only a small amount of liquid would come out and nothing more. It turned out to be my appendix. you need to go to a doctor asap because you do not want to deal with ruptured appendix!
