i am replacing a compressor and accumulator in a 1995 mercury mystique and i need to know if i add refrigerant oil to the high or low pressure port?

LOW side if you want to keep your limbs.

ALWAYS add to the low pressure port. This is the suction side of the compressor and you add the oil (or refrigerant) while the system is operation. If you tried to add it to the high pressure side it would explode the container and probably hurt you very badly.

Always add to the low side, but if you are changing the compressor, put the oil in the compressor before you put it on the car.

Low, add about 8 oz of PAG oil. If you can put it in the compressor, and good luck, It can be a pain to put them on that car.
