I don't doubt that he's dead. But I'm guessing it was more than just a heart attack. Not that I think someone killed him, I'm hugging more toward suicide. He knew he had no ground for appeal and hard time wouldn't have done him any good.

I think that he is dead yes, sad because he ruined all those peoples lives and basically got away with it.
