she wil come to accept your relationship over time . after all she is your mother and deep in her heart she really just wants you to be happy with your life. although tere is no guarentee that she will absolutely discard her beliefs that is damaging to you and your g- friend, i beleive that she will get used to it if you are persistant enough.

I'm in the same baot right now i know how you feel. Its the hardest thing in the world to have to think about it. I love it when we go about things the right way .. our mom's and dads teach us not to see race and those kinda things .. and when we look past it and see that someone is just a person no matter there race .. and we get these feelings for them ... then were the ones that are wrong. I feel as if we should always go with our hearts .. if your girlfriend and you can make it thur this then you can make it thur anything .. and in the end come out stronger. Best of luck .. your in my thoughts.

Oh heck. Nightmare. I know, paint her white. And then tell mom she is white. Like, picture it. jk. Um, really that's a nightmare. Oh feck dude, couldn't ya just love a white girl and avoid all this? Didn't ya know that mom was gonna flip, or is that partly why you did it? Is she a nice girl? well point that out and say she spoils you, like if she does, and if she doesn't then seriously, get another girl. This time one that doesn't make mom freak out.

I'm a black girl and I love dating white guys and my family and friends get that and accept it. My advice is this you're a man don't answer to mommy. You can't please everybody and maybe you should've told her before you brought her home. This isn't rocket science. Family comes first and the same time you are need to decide what to do with your own life not let someone decide. Are you gonna let her decide who marry too? Come on this is 2006.

If you live outside of the USA, it may well be a crime, like in South Africa. If you are a resident and citizen of the USA, and you and your partner are over 18 years of age and both of you mutually consent to be together, then the behavior is legal.

IM black and characteristic not in any respect dated a black female. Ive been with latinas, asian and white all without a situation. Frankly its all an same interior the full. thankfully for me, my father and mom not in any respect had problems with that yet taht doesnt seem the case of your mom. in case you inquire from me, you want to confront your mom both you and your gf. Get her to sit down down with you and see why she acts this way. teach her that her moves were ridiculous and that she might want to need your happiness no count what. in case your dad helps then you definitely its enthusiastic about the extra acceptable. he will have the ability to assist you on your reason. the purely thanks to get to the bottom of this disaster along with your mom is to communicate about it. it would not replace her concepts even if it will teach her what you truly want and set issues immediately between all of you. also, dont ignore that a monther (many times) needs whats best for her son and that she will have the ability to continually love you and finally, i am hoping, comprehend you.

I feel great about it! I really don't mind interracial dating. I think its beautiful when people can express their feelings and not bow to the status que placed on us by society. People forget the culture of america and so it seems, there isn't what they would describe a "problem" with this situation, They choose not to address it, well the "problem" is people being color blind, to the specifics of the word, BLIND TO THE COLORS AROUND YOU. They are unwilling to accept them and hence they are not there or you are blind to them. I don't believe in color blindness, its ignorance, it needs to change, be aware of the wonderous variety around you and accept it. I Think its extremly interesting to learn about other people's ways of life. I think its really sad that people of any race can simply 'dis' others becuase they are of any color.

your mom is definetly racist... you should sit down and talk with her and ask her why she feels so strongly bout it... and maybe if your gf and mom have things in common then maybe you can set up a date with the two of them to go and do that thing... if she sees how nice a person your gf is and how she shares same interest as her maybe she will change her ways.

Your mom is racist! Convincing someone who is racist is very difficult. You may just have to deal with the consequences.
