I need help with a diet plan. I'm not actually fat, i just have a little extra on my stomach, hips, and legs, plus i'm only 5'2". I've never been healthy and have no idea what I should be doin. Can anybody help me ?

I just started to go to a gym recently and I am so amazed by how quickly I have toned up. I dropped a whole dress size without losing any weight, it is great. I have not changed my eating habits at all and that has made me really happy.
My end advice to you is get an excersise plan. Go running or do sit ups or better yet, do both, and drink lots of water.

I believe that it would be worth your while to look at one of the Weight Watcher's books. It's a diet plan that is not a fad, but based on sensible eating patterns, recommendations for daily meal courses, do's and don'ts, and I've used it before with good results. Whenever my weight creeps back up, I resort to the Weight Watcher's basic plan to get things back under control. And exercise is to supplement it all. Good luck to you.

If you're not really fat and all you need is to tone then...

1. Join the gym/ swim/ run every morning
2. Drink lots water - trust me it helps.
3. Eat many raw veggies and fruits to fill yourself up.

Seriously, exercise will REALLY do you good and keep you in great shape. Good luck!

Go to the gym. Eat lots of little meals throughout the day. And eat tons of fruit and veggies.

Focus on fruit and vegetables more often as a snack, and regular walking and maybe a run once in a while. It can be simple, without having to cut out all the foods you like.

exercise for 30 good minutes a day. eat foods low in fat and you should be fine. Its easy to lose weight by just cutting calories. by how much, I dont know seeing on how I dont know how much you weigh.

Eat veggies,bread,fruit and dont eat soo much meat,try to limit that :).Exercise,do push ups,sit ups,jumping jacks etc.

NO JUNKFOOD

eat alot of proteins and workout so you tone up some
