Well normally I would cheer for spiderman but superman is kinda invunerable to almost everything. So I think it would be really difficult for spiderman to do that.

No way, Spiderman has more weaknesses, no challenge at all for Superman, rip up a few webs, punch him, it's over.

Superman is just about indestructable - unless Spidey had some weapon fashioned out of Kryptionite, he wouldn't stand a chance.

it depends
spiderman has spider sense, strength, speed, and maybe has the most enemies
superman has speed, strength, x ray vision, adaptability in space, weakness to kryptonite and has few enemies.

and besides, spiderman has a counter self of him ;venom

They both are for two different audience.

Spiderman is more for kids. But Superman is for everybody.
