Do you think Ken Lay (Enron CEO) is REALLY dead?

his death seems a little too convinient....besides he had billions of dollars stashed away...what do you think?

Tough to say, but I most definitely do NOT believe this "heart attack story". I would sooner believe he did this to himself to avoid prison. I also have a hard time believing he had billions of dollars stashed away when it was a known fact he had owed over a hundred million dollars in personal debt. But, I think he might have stashed a little something away and he very well could be living the life in a small South American country. There's always a chance. Olivia Newton John's ex got away with it!

Ken Lay, the Bush Family and the Saudi's go way back and big money busy a lot of cooperation. Better check the flight records at the Aspen Airport and see if Saudi Prince Bandar's jets have been travelling recently.

I was sooo going to ask this question. It was all so convenient. he didn't spend one day in jail. And prior to this i don't recall ever hearing he had a heart problem. (I could be wrong)

No its not a question of did he fake his death. but how far up the government ladder is in on this. the weird thing is I'm the last to believe in conspiracies. but sometimes its mighty strange timing. Like when William J. Casey(director of CIA) died of a brain tumor before he could be questioned about President Regan's involvement in the Iran Contra affair. Yeah a high speed brain tumor (from the barrel of a gun) but like most conspiracies I don't have proof just a feeling.

it is a little convenient wouldn't you say? Makes you wonder... anyone remember the movie "Wag the Dog"with Robert De Niro? Ken Lay's thievery did after all put Bush in office. I think Ken Lay is somewhere in the Caribbean watching the latest reports about his recent death. Too convenient is what I say.

Enron become able to make money off of cap and commerce. when you're lower than the carbon allowance, you could promote it to make money. Enron is gone now although. the object is going on to assert maximum potential agencies isn't lower than the carbon allowance threshold. a lot for most money being made...
