buy one of the binders with the clear windows or picture areas on the outsides. cut out your favorite celeb pics and put them in the windows collage style. you'll have your own personal binder and everyone will be jealous!

last year i just took a regular white binder and stuck all sorts of clean dum-dum sucker wrapers on it and covered it up with packaging tape so that it would be shiny. then i did my tiny agenda book in fortunes from fortune cookies in the same way i got tons of complements on my cute school stuff

k-mart,staples,walmart. i got a really cute binder at k-mart and i saw cute binders at staples and walmart.good luck trying to find a cute binder.
