If you are playing in a rigged game you do not have to be smart. All of them lie so there is no question about that, Dem's and Reps. I think he convinced himself that the intelligence was good so he could deal with the lie emotionally.

bush is smarter then that but he is not actually lieing .he is so misguided he beleives in what he is doing and wants the approval he could never get from the rich successfull business owners cause all of bush's failed until the saudis invested in drill for oil in texas like they needed to drill in the usa several successfull companies to invest in so why bush .
