He is not exactly Richard Nixon or Bill Clinton with IQ's in the 160's. Bush's IQ is in the 90's. I am just wondering if you think he lied about the WMD's or if he just believed the CIA intelligence?

I think your question has hit the nail on the head. No I don't see him as the kind of easy liar that your examples of Clinton and Nixon were.

I do however think that he could be easily manipulated and misled.

As for CIA intelligence I think that is an oxymoron!!

He probably thinks WMD stands for World Movement for Democracy which is out to challenge his domination of the world. He is just not smart enough to lie. They say President Gerald Ford was so dumb he cannot chew gum and walk at same time. Dubai cannot even eat Pretzel sitting down.

He was "smart" enough to defeat those great intellectuals Al Gore and John Kerry. Both Democrats and Republicans believed Iraq had WMD. BTW Happy Birthday, Mr. President.

If you are playing in a rigged game you do not have to be smart. All of them lie so there is no question about that, Dem's and Reps. I think he convinced himself that the intelligence was good so he could deal with the lie emotionally.
