that is a really good question adding instant replays to me can help make it better because the refs are only human of course there are going to be somethings they won't see. But the replays will not be for everything because it can tend to spoil the game and make it boring the replays are for things the officials didnt see and that the players appeal for not the fans like in cricket the third umpire who uses video replay is used for decisions that the official umpire is unsure about. So that is the only thing i would add to try and improve the game

I would change the substitutions so that if you go into overtime you can have an extra sub because the players are out there and you have your strategy set up for 90 minutes so going to extra time makes you hold your subs with the extra sub you could put the players in the game earlier and then you would have a very exciting game the whole time and not have the players just die at the end of the game.

Use replays to decide controversial calls, especially fouls inside the box. I don't like the fact that if a player gets 2 yellows in a span of 2 or 3 games that he has to miss the next one. I would also like to see someone regulate the players/refs for fairness. Maybe watch all the replays and fine/suspend players that like to take dives, and suspend refs that make inconsistent or terrible calls.

no more academy awards, put in contact ,no offsides, each team gets two extra players on field . that would open the game up and make it more exciting to watch ,rather then watch these tennis matchs were watching right now.all you have to do is watch the last 10 minutes and you seen the game!!!!!!! there's contact now, that they don't call ,so just put it in the game,if this is a man's sport start treating the sport as a man's sport! that's why i'm a hockey fan, because it's a man's sport not a little boy sport!!!!!!!

Blue Card for diving, three and you are out for three games. Change extra time back to sudden death and play until winner. In 1/4 finals and semi's first team to score - the other team loses a player for rest of match.

I would allow a player to pick up the ball. Not advance it, mind you. Just pick up anywhere on the field to throw to another player. Benefit: Advnace ball more efficiently. Disadvantage: Could get kicked in the face, have ball stolen, etc. Would make for some interesting play and strats.

OFFSIDE TRAP SHD BE REMOVED.IF U HURT A PLAYER AND HE IS STRETCHED OFF THE FIELD U VE TO LEAVE TILL HE RETURNS SINCE U WOULD BE PLAYING ELEVEN AGAINST TEN.IF HE DOESNT COME BACK,HE WILL BE SUBSTITUTED AND U DONT.IF HE'S BADLY INJURED PART OF UR MONEY SHD BE USED TO PAY THE BILLS.SOME OF THESE INJURIES END CAREERS.SOME LOCAL PLAYERS IN GHANA DONT HAVE INSURANCE.IF THEY SHD GET HURT IN INTERNATIONAL GAMES,THEIR CAREERS MAY BE ENDED AS WELL.

Well mostly i would live it the same, because there are good and fare rules. But if i would think about really changing some rule, well i would change the rules of the refree, because the rules of the refree are very strict. So i would change only that.
