the real way to be happy is to do what you want and not care about what others think. Do not determine happiness by what others and your peers want for you to be happy you should be happy with who you are not what others want.

I think fa4airplane is on the right track. There is more to life than possessions and popularity. Being captain of the squad and having the jock boyfriend affects what others think (that makes you "cool", or whatever the current word is), but it obviously isn't enough. The fact that you realize it is a great first step.

You need to find the source of your sadness and work it out.
Could it be that you are overwhelmed with everything and really you are stressed out?
Having greatness in your life can cause much stress. So can up-keeping an image.
Relax and remember that people like you for who you are inside, not what you portray yourself to be!

"THINGS" in life don't make you happy. you should develop a good relationship with jesus christ if you dont already have one and then you find true happiness!! i have found that the best way to live is day to day,who cares about $? youcould leave this world today and what are you gonna do? you cant pay to go to heaven!! and you cant depend on a boyfriend to make your happiness. you have to find your own happiness! i know this sounds cruel but....i have lived it and you will always feel alone until jesus!!!!

I would say 2 things. One, it could be chemical, talk to a doctor, and two, do you really want the things you mentioned or think you should be happy just because other people want those things and you have them?

Hey, whats up? I get that alot. I have everything I want, a computer, instruments, and friends. I just think its a mood swing. I dunno what causes it. Sometimes I meditate, or sleep for awhile. Just let things blow over.

what you have really doesn't equate to your happiness. You need to do some more soul searching to find out what really makes you happy....
