You just have to find their address or email. I found Chris Caffery's from Doctor Butcher and Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and I talked back and forth with him for a while. I asked him to the prom with me, but he was touring in Spain with his band at the time. If he wasn't out of the country, he would have gone.

Not all celebs perform at birthday parties though, so you have to check on ones that do. I know Mariah Carey does it for a certain amount and so does Beyonce I think.

It probably can't be done unless your parents have some sort of connections...or alot of money. If they have alot of money, it should be easy.
