I have some friends coming to the USA soon, and we are going to road trip up to S. Dakota & N. Dakota...

Anything worth doing? The best info always comes from people, not tourism websites!

I have to agree that Teddy Roosevelt Nat. Park is a must see. You can go horseback riding there and there's lots to do in the area. I went as a kid and had a blast. S. Dakota, Mt. Rushmore is a must.

For great scenery, try the North Dakota badlands; Teddy Roosevelt National Park.

Besides that, I would say, no. I wasn't even aware North Dakota is still in the union. Just kidding, North Dakotans -- don't flame me.
