If you are to believe in evolution at all then you must realize that it requires a species to be in a state of continuously evolving. Once a species ceases to evolve it starts to die.

Of coure! Although it happens so slowly, we'll never actually SEE it happening. I heard that in a couple hundred years or so, we'll quit being born with pinky fingers, for example. Weeeiiirrrddd huh.
