We learn that we can only be hurt by those that we love the most. In an effort to remove the possibility of being hurt, we remove the possible source which most often the people we love the most. Kisses for your heart and dreams for your spirit!!!

From my own situations its because we would rather end it than be left. It all has to do with being secure or insecure. If your insecure then you probably think your bf/gf husband/wife is going to leave you and so you would rather just break it of thinking it would be easier and less painful to just do it and get it over with. Even if the other person has no intention of breaking up. I have done this in the past with my fiance I am with now. Luckily he loves me enough to help me understand that he loves me and always will that nothing will change that, he is a patient man lol. But, some are not and don't want to be with people who have low self esteem and who are insecure. It just takes time to get over, but when they feel the urge to do that they need to just figure out why...and work on that. Best part of a relationship is communication...communicate with your partner and things will work out for the best, either way it goes. Hope this helps, probably not though lol.

Cos we try to hard and we react too much when some one hurts our feelings.

maybe that person is not good for or don't fit to the qualities he/she is looking for...don't be just be grand bcoz there is a good 1 for u waiting..

They probably think they are unworthy of you. Or they are just scared
