I'm in a yahoo group for people to swap things like stickers, stationary, key chains, etc. Looking for something unique to swap next month.

B-E-A-D-S!!!.....it is always fun to swap beads!....they are colorful, festive...some handmade with blood sweat and tears...and adornment dates back to the cavemen!

How about photographs? Think of some unusual challenge, like "find a bed & breakfast, or a non-chain hotel/motel, in your area and take a picture of its sign". Then everybody can swap either prints or digital images (as you decide best) and put together a funky little scrapbook - and get unusual glimpses into the lives of the other people in the group.
