if her skin has so many rashes, better to do sth with that first b4 using foundation, she will spoil her skin badly!
if no rashes or its a few. it doesnt matterto use but plz not every day!
16 is so soon to start using these make up products.
if she wanna look better ,the healthier thing is tell her to buy a bronze colorful sun cream SPF 15. with mascara.
and a light pink lipstick. nothing more in this age.

Cover Girl is a good brand for any age girl - just not TOO young (like 13 or below...they don't need to wear makeup that young!!). I would suggest starting out with the Aqua Smooth makeup. It's non-oily and will not clog pores. If your sisters has large pores, don't use a whole lot - little goes a LONG way. This makeup will not damage your face and should not cause breakouts, unless you use too much each day. Yes, she can wear it everyday, it is safe for everyday use. I use it every day, and have for a really long time. I've never had a problem with it, plus I get alot of compliments on how 'flawless' my skin looks. Definitely try it out!

There are good Cover Girl products out there. Just tell her to use the kind that blends well (I think it's called true blend) and make sure it's the right color for her skin tone. She could also check other brands for a tinted moisturizer which works better than most would think. A tinted moisturizer would go on first, and then she could buy a translucent powder to set it. The allows for the cleanest, most natural look. BTW, I think 16 is a good age for her to learn about makeup. Make sure she learns the right things about it because if it's done up to look caked on, she'll look silly.

It depends I'm in my 20's and I don't need foundation. So it really depends on your skin. To me its work to put it on and take it off etc. I've always wanted to use foundation but now I know that not all people need it! I do use all the other things like eyeliner, eye shadow, etc. Sometimes I use a concealor but not much! I don't care for cover girl, I do love mac products. They are a reasonable price and they will color match you very well!

She can use it, but she might have problems with it. I use to use the compact foundation, but I didn't like the feel of it. When I got advice from the girl at the cosmetic counter, she told me not to use Cover Girl's foundation. It's greasy and oily, and it could cause your face to breakout.

She recommend the L'oreal liquid foundation. That's all I use now. I really like it.

DO NOT use covergirl. That was my mistake when i was about 15, broke my face out BAD. Now the only foundation i'll use it loreal tru match. Thats the best i think, dosent go on thick and isnt as greasy. I do use covergirl powder though.

i would never ever use cover girl again because i broke out from it. if you are looking to use drug store makeup use L'oreal TrueMatch or Netrogena stuff. that stuff is good and inexpensive. Cover Girl is crap and so is Maybelline i always break out from it.

foundation is to help face and protect. cover girl sucks at it, too! use mary kay or loreal.

if she doesn't wash her face well and every night to get the make up off, it can clog skin pores. other than that she can try any brand of make up to see what works best for her
