With age, depending on the lifestyle, the body slowly weathers out. Death occurs when the brain stem stops functioning. This causes a halt in the involuntary activities like breathing, gagging, etc...The patient can be made to breathe only when put on a ventilator.
The average lifespan for the human body was 60. But that's been increased, thanks to the high class healthcare services available these days.
Diet is a great way to promote longevity. Some golden rules are:
Never starve.
Eat at the same times on all days.
Always fill half the stomach with solid food , the next quarter with water or any other fluid and leave the rest quarter empty to allow the food to churn.
Eat peacefully, chewing the food till it becomes fluid inside the mouth. This makes the stomach satisfied even when only half
of it is filled .
Eat consciously.
And do simple exercises.
In this way, anybody can control their vital stats without have to go on diets that are difficult to follow.
