personally, i would wear hot pink and dance around screaming "im a watermelon!" but... that's me.
I think a pale yellow might match... white/black matches anything. It depends on the shade of green, but a shade of pink might match... idk try stuff out... matching isn't everything too. put some accessories on that match your shirt and people will think you match.

There are a ton of shirts out there that are screen printed tees that have a little bit of green in them with sort of a military camoflage look (but not so tacky). I've got this cute white tee that gathers at the top and has a green and beige butterfly with gold all throughout, it's one of my favorite tees. Try something like that.

since its summer time, i think the best will be a pink
sleeveless shirt , a light brown will also do, since military look its still going on.
a light green summer shirt.
