Dominic Christian is a beautiful name with deeply rich spiritual meaning. Saint Dominic was a very famous Catholic saint who founded an order of priests and teachers called the Dominicans. This order was phenomenally successfully in preaching and conversions.
There are several legends about Saint Christopher "the Christ Bearer" including the one in which he was crossing a river when a child asked to be carried across. When Christopher put the child on his shoulders he found the child was unbelievably heavy. The child was Jesus Christ carrying the weight of the whole world. This was what made Christopher patron saint of travelers.
