It would start with racism: look at the holocaust during WWII or the Armenian genocide during WWI. Those were severe cases of ethnic cleansing, which started racism and kept it going to today and on.
Ethnic cleansing, eugenics, can never be accomplished in a warm and loving way. What would you do with the undesireables? Kill them? Cast them away? Why are they unfit to live here than those who are deemed worthy? Ethnic cleansing is racism and discrimination in disguise.

no, the idea of ethnic cleansing is a more intense version of racism and in the end all of the races would fight more. Take a look at history and learn about the pogroms of Europe, ethnic cleansing is CAmbodia, Germany, and ALL over Africa, they stand as lessons for people to learn!

Obviously Not because killing all of any race would only mean the hatefulness behind this emotion would only be transferred to people with "gray hair" , "too tall", "too short", etc. Hate is the reason not the differences in people!
