I'm looking to buy a camcorder any ideas on which model and make? Few rules though -
Has to be MINI DV!
Has to be over £270 and under £330!
Has to take still images - but not that good as do not want to lose video quality
Has to have LCD Screen AND Viewfinder
Can have video effects but not essential
MUST HAVE IMAGE STABILISER!

your price range definitely can buy a good mini dv camcorder probably evena dvd camcorder. canon has good quality and good after sales support, easy to use. sony also has a great history of camcorders. all the features you are looking for are typically basic features so it would be easy to buy one.

samssung digital-cam sc-d353 meets allyour requirements. I have one and love it. the only downside is that the program that comes with it sucks,. so youd need to use a different program to upload the video.
