it can only if tru people like our honourable president A.P.J.Abdul kalam are present in politics . others make the politics sewage
by corruptions . i belive in the nxt generation for thier ruling of india by defined rules in best way. i feel they are just a part of partie's manifesto if they say they will maker her developed before 2020. but clean hearts and white hands can make it happen.

With the existing system... you mean existing infrastructure, no, I don't think... also as long as corrupt politician and bureaucrats are in place... its destined to remain a developing nation.
